How to place an order online?
1. Look through our webshop, pick items you'd like to order and select the color as well as the quantity, then click "ADD TO CART".
2. Click “continue shopping” which is under “ADD TO CART” to add other products.
3. Click “check out” After selected all the products you want and fill in shipping address (Note: Please confirm that the email address provided could be contacted in time and the shipping address is complete and available to make sure successful delivery).
4. Review your shipping address and shipping method in "Continue to shipping method", click "Continue to payment method" to the next step.
5. Choose your payment method and billing address (Note: if you’d like to pay with credit card, please confirm that the billing address is associated with it). Click “Complete order” and the final step is for the payment.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
You will receive a confirmation email once you place an order successfully. If not, please check your spam mailbox first and contact our Customer Service service@morgan-tina.com for help.
Delivery
How to change my shipping address?
You cannot change the shipping address once your order is paid successfully. Please contact our Customer Service at service@morgan-tina.com and we will help you to change it before shipment.
Note: We cannot change the shipping address if the package had been shipped out.
How does shipping work?
We ship orders from Monday through Friday. Your order will be processed within 48 hours of confirming the order.
Note: The presale products (e.g., indicated as “Pre Order” in the title) are not included.
How long should my package be arrived?
Purchases shipped worldwide will arrive 7~10 business days after the order date thought this may still vary, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.
Note:
1. If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, it will be processed in the next business day.
2. In order to ensure safe delivery, we require a physical address in English.
If the unsuccessfully delivery for the reason of you’re not at home, provided a wrong address, or moved without notifying us, and if the package is returned to the sender, we will not re-send you the product for free or issue a refund.
What should I do if I have not received the package after 30 days?
Please check with the tracking No. on the link we sent you via email. If you have not received any email about the shipping, please contact service@morgan-tina.com with your order Number, the Customer Support will provide you a help.
How about the VAT and duty?
For international order, the full value of the package will be declared and is subject to your country’s VAT and customs fees. All international duties, VAT or clearing fees are not included in the prices. Please learn more about the customs policy of your countries. The price doesn't include any duties or fee from customs clearance clearance.
